Hello?

Does anyone check my blog anymore? lol! Seriously, my blog is getting lame....:/ The last time I posted, I said that I was going to post more things, and I failed to do that, so to those who kept coming back to check, I'm truly soooo SORRY!!!!

Since I stopped blogging, there are so many things to blog about, but one thing that I have been wanting to tell (those who haven't heard me on FB) is that Caylee is finally going to be a...............

Yes, it's true! I'm

Today, I had an appointment with the doc. and I heard the heart beat for the first time. It was amazing and neat to see that our baby is looking more human-like (haha), and is growing healthy! I know that everything happens for a reason, and I'm so grateful to be carrying baby #2 at this time of our lives. We are thrilled and can't wait for *him* (j/k.... I really don't know;) ) to join our family of 3! Here is a sneak peak of the baby at 12weeks 5 days old:

My Little Fairy Princess

I hope everyone had a great Halloween! Yesterday, Caylee turned 18month (on the 30th)-writing this at midnight (zzzzz)! Wow, time does fly fast. Caylee was a fairy princess for Halloween. We went to my mother-in-law's church trunk or treat and Caylee scored tons of candy- a.k.a. candy for daddy....=) Caylee has been a handful these days, but definitely a joy to have around. She is such a blessing to have and we love her SO much! I took some pictures of her yesterday (at the Pumpkin Patch) and tonight so that you guys can see how much she has grown.

I hope I still have some readers around.... I know it's long due, but there will be pictures of our new house and what we have been up to soon! So come back, I promise there will be more pictures;)

Buena Vista Lake

This year's summer has been fun for our family. Since we've moved back to Bakersfield from L.A., we have been getting in contact with our old friends, taking an advantage of using my in-law's swimming pool and going out to the lake! Here are some pictures of our summer days thus far:

If you can tell, Caylee went for a tubing ride, assisted by Brad. She was giggling the whole ride; she had a blast!
She had so much fun that she was exhausted by the time she came back into the boat (she was falling asleep).

I didn't even get in the water because I started getting sick. I stayed on the boat the whole time. I was the photographer that day=) Thanks to the Fausett's family for letting us come along on a boat ride;)

Caylee & Alexis

Alexis is Caylee's cousin. They get along pretty well. They give each other "loves"-hugs and kisses and loves to play all day long, if they can. Just a few weeks ago, I saw them like this....

and like thisThey are so sweet to each other (for the most part) and it's nice to see them like this. But.... I wonder how long this is going to last;)

New Brighton

This year, we started a new tradition with our "Roseville" friends and have an annual get together. This year, we camped out in New Brighton State Beach located in Capitola. We were there from Monday-Wednesday. There were six families that ended up going (Ashby's, Wiest's, Perryman's, Morgan's, Mortimer's, and us-Lamb's). The camp site was awesome, even though it was a bit chilly in the middle of the night. Even though we had the beach right there, we didn't even make it on the shore until couple of hours before we went back home. We had so much fun catching up on old times and seeing what's new in their lives. We had great company, entertaintment, and food. Thanks to Tiffani for all her food preperation; everything was soooo good!

3 years had passed by since we moved away and hadn't seeing some of our friends from Roseville so it was nice seeing their "new" babies for the first time. They were all so adorable and I wanted to take them all home with me=)

Thanks everyone for making this camping trip a blast. We can't wait to do this again next year! Till than, we will miss you all!!!

It's ours!

For about 5 months now, we have seen our home built from ground up. We almost can't believe it, but our escrow closed and we finally got the keys to our new house yesterday! We are thrilled and excited to move in. It'll probably take us about 3 weeks before we move in because we are getting some work done. We are going to put tile on the floor(down stairs and in all 3 bathrooms), putting granite in the kitchen and bathroom counters, and putting shutter blinds in. Lots of work to be done, but can't wait to officially move in!

Excersaucer Time!

The last time I can remember Caylee being in the excersaucer was around 6 months (at the latest), than she no longer wanted to be in there anymore. Than, recently around couple of weeks ago (at 13 months old), she managed to climb into the excersaucer all by herself. I couldn't catch her smile when she was smiling, but she thought that it was the funniest thing. I miss her being so tiny. They grow up too stinkin' fast!
